Guide to Buying NX Cash via PayByCash and BPAY
Do you live in Australia?
Do you want to buy NX Cash but can't because Nexon won't let you use PayPal?
If the answer yes, then the solution is to use PayByCash and BPAY.
What is PayByCash?
From the PayByCash website:
"PayByCash connects merchants who want to reach a global consumer with customers who want or need the ability to pay for goods or services without a credit card."
What is BPAY?
From the BPAY website:
"A convenient, fast and easy way to pay your bills. BPAY is an electronic bill payment service offered by Australia's leading financial institutions as a core feature of Internet and phone banking. BPAY gives you the option of paying your bills at any time, day or night, on any day of the year, saving you time and reducing the hassle of paying bills."
What you need
1. A Nexon account
2. An Australian bank account with phone or Internet banking enabled
You do not need to register an account with PayByCash.
If your bank account does not have phone or Internet banking enabled, contact your bank and ask, it usually involves verifying your identity and then giving you an ID and password.
BPAY can pretty much be used with any major finacial institution, but if you are unsure if your bank can use BPAY, search for your bank to check if you can use BPAY.
Part 1 - Buying NX Cash using PayByCash

1. Log in to Nexon's website. If you get an error after clicking any link on Nexon's website saying "Page not found" or something like that, just refresh the page and keep trying to access it, it will work eventually, otherwise check the Nexon home page to see if there are any announcements about problems with the website. |

2. After logging in, click "Charge" at the top right of the page next to the logout button. |

3. Underneath the Nexon Game Card section is the Charge Online section, there you click on how much NX Cash you want to buy by clicking the "Buy" button underneath the amount you wish to purchase. Sometimes clicking the button does nothing, in that case, click again and wait or refresh the page and try again. |

4. There are two payment options, select the PayByCash option by clicking on the PayByCash button. |

5. You will then be taken to the PayByCash website where you select your payment option. The page should automatically display the payment options for Australia, if not, there is a link near the top of the page for selecting the correct country. Select BPAY then click "Continue". |

6. The next page asks for your name and address, this should already be filled with the information you gave to Nexon. On the right side of the page, the amount you have to pay (including fees) will be written in Australian dollars. When the information is filled in, click "Continue". |

7. The next page contains the details you will need to make a payment via BPAY. At this point, either leave the page open so you can copy and paste the numbers you need to make the payment or make sure you have the details written down or saved somewhere so you can pay later. Click "Return to the Nexon America website" at the bottom of the page when you are done. |

8. Back at the Nexon website, your NX Cash order number will be displayed. Record the order number down in case you have a problem with the payment. Now you can log out and do whatever you want. You will receive an e-mail from Nexon notifying you of the order you have made, and an e-mail from PayByCash containing the details you need to pay. If you don't pay for your NX Cash order, nothing will happen. Neither Nexon or PayByCash will chase you for your money, but you won't receive any NX Cash until you pay for your order. |

Part 2 - Paying for NX Cash using BPAY
I use BankWest, so if you use a different bank, don't worry, the steps should pretty much be the same, but if you get confused, contact your bank about how to make payments via BPAY.
1. Log in to your Internet banking site. |

2. Find the page where you make payments. In my case, I click on "Payments/Transfers". |

3. Select "BPAY" for you payment type. |

4. Select which account you are using to pay and add a description of the payment. Make sure that your Payment Reference Number is in the "remarks" or "description" field of your bank transfer form. |

5. Enter the details from the PayByCash website/email and add payment. Most important details are the Biller ID (Biller Code), Customer Payment Reference (Customer Reference Number) and how much you will pay. If you pay less than needed, you will not receive any NX Cash until a full payment is made. If you pay more than needed, you will end up with a PayByCash balanace that can be used next time you use PayByCash. |

6. Once you've added the payment to the list of BPAY payments, click next. |

7. Confirm to make the payment. |

8. You will be given a payment receipt number which you should record somewhere as proof of payment just in case something goes wrong. After submitting your payment, you should receive your NX Cash in 5 to 6 working days. If you do not receive your NX Cash after 5 to 6 working days, after making sure that you have sent the payment correctly with the right amount of money, go to PayByCash Customer Service and register an account to ask about your payment by submitting a question |
